Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotations and works carried out by Hi Design Landscaping & Paving ("we", "us"), trading from ELD House, 64 Upper Mulgrave Road, Cheam, Surrey SM2 7AJ.
1. Quotes
All quotes are free and follow an in-person site visit. Written fixed-price quotes are typically issued the same day and are valid for 30 days from issue. The quoted price will not change unless the scope of work changes once we are underway, in which case any variation will be agreed with you in writing.
2. Deposits and payment
We require 0% deposit. Payment for the full quoted price is due on completion by bank transfer, card or cash. Any agreed variations are payable with the final invoice.
3. Workmanship guarantee
All installations are backed by our 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials (block paving, resin, artificial grass, timber products, etc.) are passed directly to you. The guarantee covers defects in installation. It does not cover accidental damage, third-party works, ground movement outside our control, or normal wear such as jointing sand top-up on block paving.
4. Insurance
We carry £10 million public liability insurance for every job, domestic and commercial. Evidence is available on request.
5. Access, services and site conditions
You confirm that you own the property or have permission to instruct works. You agree to provide reasonable access, water and power for the duration of the job. Where underground services (drains, cables, pipes) are not clearly marked, we take reasonable care but cannot be liable for damage to unmarked services.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before works begin at no cost. Once materials have been ordered specifically for your job, any non-returnable materials will be invoiced at cost.
7. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our work, contact us within the guarantee period and we will inspect and remedy any workmanship defect at our cost.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
